My neighbor had moved from a house to the apartment next to mine. She had many different kinds of Christmas lights but only one small balcony. She put all different kinds of lights on her balcony. Large old bulbs, small blinking lights, strings of lights of all sizes. Bulbs lit by AC current appear to blink in ICM photographs. I had fun moving my camera intentionally in different ways to capture the lights.
